Love with a little bit of Cheese!

Usually we don't celebrate Valentine's too much because our anniversary is so soon after. But love was in the air this year and there was cheesiness flying around everywhere!

The Saturday before V-day, Christian was so sweet and got me a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a card, a huge heart balloon, a cookie cake, and a couple gifts. I got him a gift and a card... I guess HE is the one that brought that cheese this year actuallly! But I loved it up!

We exchanged gifts and then headed out for a date night, just the two of us.

Christian surprised me with a whole night of fun!
First, we went to a late afternoon showing of The Vow, then we headed out to dinner at West in the city, and last we went to a new club called Dollhouse. Let me explain each thing...

The Vow was a sweet, romance movie that we both really enjoyed! It's about falling back in love with your spouse, which is always a good thing! West is a quaint resteraunt that we love going to, that serves cotton candy for desert! We enjoyed laughing and chatting about life together, over some delicious wine. And, Dollhouse is a Burlesque club in Bricktown that puts on a tasteful show of dancing and singing throughout the night... It was a perfectly planned night and right up my alley! I think he knows me pretty well! ;)

On Tuesday, the actual day of Valentine's, I dolled my sweet babies up in their red for school that day... How absolutely adorable are these two?! Love them!!

Daddy, with his little loves.

I had their class treats all baked and packaged for their parties!

First up was Morgan's class party. These little munchins are just too cute!

Morgan loves it when we visit her in class!

The little dangling legs just crack me up!

Morgan was so sweet loving on us.

At one point her and C were playing in the floor, and she just stopped and layed her head on his chest... such sweetness.

She was all over the room, as if she was showing us all her favorite things to do.

We love joining her little world and playing in her room with her.

We always play with Morgan's friends too. They are such a sweet bunch.

Next, we headed across the hall to Mason's party.

First, Mason and I passed out his super hero Valentine's and baked goodies.

Each kid had their own shoe box that they had decorated themselves.

Mason's was stuffed with goodies!

There were lots of yummy treats served for the party. Mason was in a stinker mood in the beginning of the party, but thankfully he came out of it and enjoyed the rest of the party!

He needed some healing kisses from Mommy for his boo boo on his leg, then all was well!

Big hugs and kisses from my sweetie pie!

Awwwww... I know!!

After the party was free time. These kids were so cute just laying around talking. It's so funny to hear them chat.

Their Valentine's that they made were great. I love that St. Joe's incorporates God into everything they do. It's helping mold my little loves into such wonderful people.

Christian got these personalized M&Ms for me and the kids. They are so cute, creative and too funny!

They have the kid's faces, and me and Christian's faces on them! Props to my hubs!

I did a lot of baking there for a few days! For the kids classes, for some friends and for our small group. I LOVE to bake and to decorate my goodies! They are my little art creations! :)

Small group was at our house, the day after V-day, so I continued with the lovey theme!

There was sweet treats galore.

I had a great time showing my love through gifts and goodies this year! I definitely felt the love, and I hope you all did, too!!
