Fall Fun!

Halloween was an absolute blast this year! I just love baking things for the kids classes at school, dressing the kids up in themed clothes and all the fun parties!

The kids had matching little skeleton jammies that glowed in the dark. Mason is obsessed with glow in the dark things!

They just love each other.

Morgan loves to wrestle all over Mase.

He loves to make her laugh, so he always tickles her since she is SO ticklish!

"Will Trade Sister For Candy"... He loves candy, but no way he really would! Maybe later when they are older though.  ;)

Mason and I had fun baking cupcakes and cookies for friends and their school.

The school parade and party day finally arrived! Mason had been anticipating that day so much!

My precious Lady Bug and handsome Captain America were ready to roll!

Adorable, I know!

So cute, right?!...
Actually, if Mason heard me say that, he would say "I'm not cute! Boys are handsome! Girls are cute and pretty!"

Sis was so precious crawling all over in her little tutu and wings.

She totally didn't even mind being dressed up!

First up was Morgan's parade. Some of her class got in the Bye Bye Buggy and they went to each classroom trick or treating.

She just sat there and held onto her bucket. Not really sure what was going on, but fine with it regardless.

The teachers were all so great dressed up to entertain the kids.

Once we got to Mason's classroom, he rushed through the crowd to come see Morgan. He kept telling everyone, "That's MY baby!" "That's MY sissy!"... He is SO protective over her.

He went over to her and said in his baby voice, "What did you get Sissy?"

Then we continued on trick or treating the other classes and Mason tagged along the rest of the time.

All the babies just chewed on all the boxes and bags.

My lovely little lady bug!

Then we sat in the hallway while Mason shared Morgan's treats with her... yes, I said that correctly. HE shared HER treats with her.

Then she went to her classroom to play.

The other classes came by to trick or treat. We got to see sweet Buzz Lightyear (aka Luke) come by!

My baby doesn't look like much of a baby here! :(

She is as precious as it gets!

Then I headed over to Mason's parade and party

Mason asked for a jack-o-lantern bucket for weeks! His whole class was obsessed with them because the school had some as decorations. He was so thrilled when we came home with one one day!
.

The boys were all so cute in their costumes.

Sir Wade, Superman Jaden and Captain America Mason were all over the place all hyped up.

After some play time, the class started door to door.

Mason and Ty are such sweet buddies. They are always stuck together everywhere they go.

One of our favorite teachers, Mrs. Deidre, snuck Mason some extra candy after everyone else had moved on...! Shhhh!

This was the attempt at a class picture. I just love how the kids are facing every direction and all over the place!

My handsome hero!!

It was so much crazier this year going to two parades and parties. But I love that kind of chaos! St. Joseph's is such a wonderful school. We are so blessed by our kids being able to go there. They love it and we love it... what more could we want?!

To the farm we go!

Mid-October we carried on our third annual fall tradition of going to visit the Orr Family Farm with our friends, The Goodnights. Mason was excited to go back to the "Family Farm", as he calls it, since he had just been there with his school field trip.

Mason and Noah handed the money over and got everyone's tickets.

Mason got the map and pointed out where we should go.

These two are getting so big. Such a difference from the first year that we all came together.

First stop was the carousel.

Mason loves riding on horses, if they are real or not.

I tried to put Morgan on there behind bubba, but she was not having it. So on the hip it was.

The boys wanted one more ride, so we sat on the sleigh for the second go around.

Then the boys were all over the place, sliding, digging, climbing and checking out some of the animals.

I look pretty cute as a cow, don't ya think?! :)

Last year I was big preggers, so I couldn't jump on the bouncy pillows. But this year, I was able to and I had a lot of fun! I was doing some cheerleading jumps and was tempted to do some flips, but once I almost pulled a muscle doing a toe touch, I realized I better slow it down.

These young pups were bouncing all over the place though!

We had fun bouncing with our boy.

They somehow talked me into playing crack the egg...

... I quickly got cracked!

Next we headed to the race cars, where we wore our legs out with pedaling at lightening speed to entertain the boys.

Don't think we made the trip without getting some kettle corn! Cody hogged most of it, but he did manage to share some. ;)

Miss Morgan got to try some out. There isn't much that this girl doesn't like, so she of course liked this too!

Then we rode the hayride out to the pumpkin patch.

Here is our three years of family hayride pics....
First up is 2009. Our little year and a half old cutie pie.

2010 with Mason at almost 3 years old and an almost cooked Sissy.

And now 2011, with an almost 4 year old and almost 1 year old!

Mason had a ton of fun picking out the perfect pumpkin to take home.

2009 Group Pic

2010 brought some changes.

And even more changes in 2011, with less of a body mass for me, a pretty new addition to our group, and two growing boys.

It was a beautiful evening to have some fall fun with some great friends.
May the tradition continue on next year!
