A "Fairy" Special Birthday Party!

The fairy dust was sprinkled, the magical wings were ready, and it was finally party time!

Come right in for a magical 1st Birthday Party for a FAIRY SPECIAL little girl!!

Miss Morgan is turning 1!!!

The decorations were up!... 0-12 months of growing and developing.

Tinker Bell was the second guest of honor!

Party Favors.

Tinker Bell wings and Peter Pan swords.

Pixie Sticks, wands, candy fairy dust and suckers, stickers, eye patches, telescopes, and pirate tattoos!

The sweet treats!

 

Mason was dying to eat the cake pops, chocolate covered pretzels and cupcakes the entire time I was baking them! Every time I saw him at the party he had one of the sweets in his hand!

Fairy Freeze was the beverage of choice.

Morgan's throne was ready to be iced.

And most importantly, the Fairy Princess was all perttied up!

She was so cute crawling all over with those wings on.

But when she realized they were back there, she would try to take them off... But I kept distracting her so she'd leave them on!

With the Birthday Girl!

The Kingdom of Bounce was peaceful for a brief moment...

Until all the fairies and pirates took it over!

The kids were all so cute with their wings and swords!

Then it was cake time! Everyone gathered around and Morgan just stared at us all wondering what was going on.

Daddy lit her candle while everyone sang Happy Birthday...

Then she decided she wanted to check the flame out! YIKES!!

Which obviously didn't end well! :(

I think it just startled her more than hurt. Daddy put some ice on it anyway. And after I gave her a taste of her cake, she was fine.

Mason put some icing on his finger and she was happy to lick it off!

Then she got after it!

At first she used her spoon to feed herself.

Then she tossed that aside and dug in with her hands!

She quickly realized that she LOVED it and started taking handfuls and piling it into her mouth!

Some of the kids kept battling on with playing, but some sat quietly and ate their cake.

This picture is deceiving.. They look so mindful and polite. ;)

We were all so determined to get Sissy walking that day!

She had taken 2 steps a couple days prior but not since. She did stand on her own a lot though. It shouldn't be long before she's all over!

Next was time to open the presents. It was so fun opening up all the girly toys!

I had lots of help from Mason and some of the other kids with opening the gifts.

She got so many great things! Mason has already enjoyed them too! :)

This is one blessed little girl! She has so many people that love her to pieces that came to celebrate her precious little life!

Morgan ended the party with some rough housing with the boys. Mason and Noah were so cute wrestling with her in a gentle way. She just eats it up!

Then she got to cuddle up with Nana for a bottle.

Before bedtime, she had so much fun playing with her new toys.

We all had a great time and will forever remember Morgan's 1st birthday party! Thank you all so much for loving our sweet girl almost as much as we do and for coming to celebrate her with us!
