Well, it's official. I am now in my last year before I hit the big 30! We did a lot to celebrate this year!
My first birthday celebration was the week before my birthday. Our friends, Kelly and Candance, went with us to stay the night at the Winstar Casino in Thackerville. We went to the Rascal Flatts concert that was playing there.
(The week after we got back, I unfortunately lost my little camera that I take into things like concerts and I hadn't gotten my pictures off of it yet. So, I lost a lot of great pics. :( But I did take a few of us with my big camera before we headed out for the concert.)
We got all decked out in our cowboy boots ready to boot scoot and boogie to some country beats!
The concert was great! There wasn't an opener, so it seemed shorter than usual because there wasn't that hour to hour and a half before the main person.
One of the guitar players would tell jokes ever so often. It was a little weird to hear jokes in the middle of a concert, but he was really actually funny, so it worked out pretty good!

I had videoed some of my favorite songs of their's, but lost them with that camera... My favorites are, "My Wish", "I Melt", "Take Me There", "What Hurts The Most", "Life Is A Highway" (that reminded Candance and me of our boys), "Always and Forever", "Words I Couldn't Say", and "I Won't Let Go" that I LOVE! I could go on and on because I love Rascal Flatts!
So thankful to my hubby for taking me to see them for one of my birthday presents and I'm so glad that The Webb's got to go with us! We had so much fun and it was so nice to get away for the night!

On Tuesday, October 25th, my actual birthday, Christian and I took off work and had a full day of fun. We went and ate breakfast (stuffed our faces at Jimmy's Egg), then went and got a couples massage (that was the best one that either of us had ever had), followed by going to see the movie Courageous (cried like babies), and then went and picked the kids up early from school to go to the McFarlin pumpkin patch.
Mason picked out this humongous pumpkin that we bought and took home.
Then he picked Morgan out a cute little pumpkin.
Mason had gotten some bright green vampire teeth and wanted to wear them in the picture. So, I said sure why not... I'm so over trying to get the perfect picture of both of them smiling. It's close to impossible. And I like these ones that really show what was going on anyway.
Every time Mason had the teeth in, Morgan would want kisses from him. Not sure why, but it was funny.
Love my two little punkins!!
Morgan drug her favorite little bear along with her.
Then we went home for some presents and homemade chocolate cake that Christian and Mason made me.
Mason told Daddy all the things to write on the card from him and what Morgan would say on hers, as we always do with birthday cards. He said things like "Thank you for my food", and "Thank you for picking out good clothes." Always so sweet and funny reading their cards.
I had several small presents to unwrap. I kept unwrapping random toys of our kids, so I thought it was just for fun.
Morgan kept wanting to chew on the wrapping paper. But it wasn't hurting anything, so we let her have at it.
Once I unwrapped my four random gifts, Christian told me to lay them out. I thought he was nuts, to be honest. Then I slooowly started figuring it out... He got me the new iPhone 4S! But it wasn't in yet, so that's why he did the random guessing game. I had no clue he had gotten that for me, so it really did take me a little while to figure it out... But just a few days later, I got it in! And it is awesome! I really just love it because it takes REALLY good pictures! So, thanks for my gift honey!!
Then they finished off the night with singing me Happy Birthday, as we ate our yummy cake!
..................................................
That Friday, a group of our friends got together to celebrate my birthday with us. There were 18 people that came that night! I felt very loved!
Here are some of my sweet friends that came.
We had big plans to all take a limo to a haunted house. But the limo was delayed a couple hours, so we ended up having to adjust the plans. It wasn't what we had planned on doing for the night, but we still got to have a few hours of fun on the limo, a couple hours of fun on a patio, and lots of fun with our friends.
This is the night that I lost my camera. I left it in the bathroom at Logan's and someone must have snatched it up because no one turned it in. :(
Birthday Photo Shoot...
I had to be the star of the show for a short minute since it was my birthday, right?! :)
............................................
And my last birthday party, was that Sunday after church with my family. We all went to the family fun center, Andy Alligator's.
We ate some pizza and cake before heading off to all the games.
Mason was my big helper with blowing out allllll my candles.
And Morgan helped me out with the cards... or tried to steal them rather.
My pretty girl.
Morgan loved the birthday cake. She got to practice for her own birthday cake that she gets to have soon.
We all played tons of games and loaded up on tickets.
Morgan was a doll and just strolled along watching all of us go crazy when we won some silly tickets.
Then some of us drove the bumper cars... We all laughed the entire time! It was alot of fun!
We were all zipping all around, spinning in circles, and slamming into each other!
Then it was outside to the race cars.
We all had a blast speeding past each other!
Our big, crazy crew.
Look at all ALL these tickets!
Christian said "This is the most tickets I've ever gotten!" He was more excited than the kids! It was so funny! Whitney overheard him say that to me, and was laughing too. :)
They fed all our tickets into the counter.
It took a while because there were so many!
The final ticket count was 1,016!!! Mason obviously did not realize how many that was, but the look on Christian's proud face shows that he did!
The kids all picked out a ton of toys.
It took 100 tickets to get 1 entry to win this four wheeler. Our family entered 10 times, so we are crossing our fingers we win it!

I had a great week of birthday celebrations this year. I am blessed by so many friends and my family, and I'm so glad that I got to celebrate with so many of them!
This is my last year in my 20s, so I better make the most of it!!
