How Sweet It Is...

... to be loved by my sweet family!
~
It would be wrong of me to let on like I'm a huge Valentine's Day celebrator... but I'm not a hater either. We just don't celebrate it much since it's so close to our anniversary. But it does get more fun every year as Mason gets older and now with Morgan around, so bring on the sappy music, candy and flying cupids!
...................................
Mason enjoyed taste testing all the chocolate covered pretzels that I made for Daddy's work party, Mason's school party and some of our friends that we saw over the weekend.

~
The parties at Mason's school are always pretty crazy with all us parents trying to capture every moment of our sweet, darling children with their friends.

~
Mason and his best buddy, Ty, mowed down on their Valentine treats!

~
All the kids had little sacks for their Valentine gifts to go in.

~
Mason was so excited to hand out his Valentine's to all his friends!

~
He told each and every one of his friends, "My mommy made this."... He was so proud of me! It was the most precious thing!

~
Mason made us the sweetest card.
He loved telling me all about how that was "His hand with paint on it".

"You'll be with me like a hand print on my heart." -Wicked.... Awww!!

~
I love Mason's classmates and their parents. We've all bonded over the years of the kids growing up together. I've loved watching them all grow and mold into their little personalities... Here are just a few of the sweet kiddos and their rents.

Erin and Addison. (new to the Sunny Two's class)

Donna and Jaden.

Bryan and Sammy.

Liz and Olivia.

~
Mason was very protective over Morgan.

Kids would try to touch her and he would yell, and I mean yell, "Head, Tummy, Toes!" Because he knows that's all he's allowed to touch-not her face or hands.

He kept saying, "She's MY sissy!"... He's definitely got the big, older, protective brother gig down!

~
It's always so fun to watch the kids do their own thing in the classroom.
They are into EVERYTHING! They climb into every nook and cranny, play dress up, play cars, read books, build things... you name it, and they do it.

~
(I got a bonus and got to see my sweet Ella and Blakely in the hallway too!)

...............................................
Morgan and I sure are spoiled by our boys! They brought us gorgeous, red roses and such sweet cards!

Mason was SO excited to give Morgan her roses!
~
My two romantics!

~
Valentine's morning I made the crew some flowered pineapple and X's & O's and hearts pancakes.

~
Valentine's dinner, Christian made quite the spread! I'm talking THE WORKS!
He made his staple appetizer of bacon wrapped shrimp with some deliciousness mixed in there, then his special Valentine's chicken that he makes me every year, sauteed mushrooms, baked potatoes, french bread!

And for dessert yummy Strawberry Shortcake with homemade whipped cream! We all had empty, happy plates! :)

~
After dinner, I got to have some cuddle time with my sweet love bugs.

~
Morgan's 1st Valentine's Day!

~
Getting both kids to look at the camera at the same time is nearly impossible. :)

~
Instead of Mason getting a full belly and wanting to go lay down and go to sleep like we maybe were hoping :), he wanted to hide in a "peedo cave" (pillow cave) and jump out and scare us.

Such a scary roar, with such a big smile!

~
Daddy didn't "hide" as well in the peedo cave as Mason did.

.....................................
Thank you so much for always being so good to me and for being such a great Valentine's date, honey!
.........................................
Now for a little Fashion Show
from Morgan's week of Valentine's outfits!!!
~
To start it off, Morgan was accompanied by a bigger version of herself to display her beauty in her Sunday best.

~
This little lady likes to show her fun and silly side often.

~
But don't be mistaken, she also has a studious side to her.

~
Uh oh, she's trying to show some leg here!

~
Now on to her sports wear.
Morgan is wearing a stunning 'Baby's First Valentine's' outfit designed by Carter's Just One Year. Her pink and red hearts on her pants and cap just set off the outfit.

~
Next was her various colored hearts one piece. She made a good choice with keeping it simple with a dainty, red bow.

~
This girl sure knows how to keep it comfy AND cute in her plush, white and pink hearts jumpsuit with her matching headband and bow.
~
And last but not least, Morgan is shown displaying her evening wear.
She even shows her natural beauty first thing in the morning in her pink and purple jammies with hot pink, frilly trim.

.........................................
It was such a great Valentine's with my 3 dates!!
