Weekend Fun!

This past weekend was full of lots of smiles and laughter!

We started it out with a trip to the park on Friday afternoon with Mason's buddy, Noah...

You may be thinking WHAT, A trip to the park in January??... Well, yes. The temperature was in the high 50s and it was actually pretty nice. Noah and his Daddy, Cody, weren't busy so we all got to enjoy this rare winter weather.

Right when we got there, the boys took off and running... literally! They were huffing and puffing, zooming and dodging all over the place.

~

There were BIG smiles on these cutie's faces!

~

Where Mason went, Noah wanted to go. And where Noah went, Mason wanted to go. It was so fun to listen to their sweet voices the whole time...

"Come on Mason!" -Noah.

"Come on No-Ah!" -Mason.

"Bye bye, see you in the morning!" -Mason (as he would wave and run to play some more).

"I want a big swing!" -Noah (meaning a big push on the swing).

They are quite the cute, little pair.

~

It got a little windy while we were out there but that didn't slow these two down one bit! It was still a great trip to the park! Thanks Goodnight boys for hanging out with us!

That night we got to have MORE fun with friends!
Our friends, The Waldenville's, had us and a couple other families over for some good, easy going fun.

There were sweet, little kiddos in their pjs running around everywhere!

But of course the boys took over, as they tend to do.

They did all take a short break to chow down some pizza before heading back at full speed to the toy war zone.

~

These four boys are all the same age. Their birthdays are all within a months time. Mason is the oldest, next is Ty, and Noah, then Hayden... Such sweet, handsome, little men they are!

~

Blakely was a sweet, little mommy wanting to feed Morgan. And she did a great job too!

~

Morgan got herself a full belly and headed to sleep in Ty's room for the rest of the evening... how she slept through all the playtime noise, I have no idea, but she was out like a light.

~

The kids weren't the only ones that had some fun though... If you haven't played the Wii, then you are SO missing out!!

There was some MAJOR focus going on during the bird shooting game!

~

Alison did really well, but Zan surprised us all and knocked everyone's socks off with her high scores! She was a shootin' machine and made hubby, Bryan, very proud!!

~

Next up was a dance game. And unexpectedly, the guys tore it up!! I mean, talk about Erich and Christian dancing in synch... WOW! I was impressed, to say the least!

Annnnd, the fun STILL wasn't over yet!!

That next afternoon, we decked out in our crimson and cream and headed to Lloyd Noble to cheer on the OU Men's Basketball Team!

Right when we walked in, Mason just stood there and took it all in for a minute.

~

Mase and Daddy peaked over to get an overview before heading down to our seats.

~

Mason kept staring at Sooner and saying "A big doggy!"... so I guess we've got some more teaching to do about being a OU fan!

The game started and it was SO loud that Mason wasn't real sure about it at first.

~

He had his big tub of popcorn (that he only would share one piece at a time) and sat in silence for a minute while he watched.

~

Then the cheerleaders came out....

And, I guess you see who livened up after that! :)

~

He would yell and clap right along with the crowd!

~

Sis just snoozed and looked pretty during the game.

Mason had such a great time that he didn't want to leave... That's our little sports fanatic boy! :)

Whew... what a great weekend!

No wonder we are whooped by the time Sunday evening comes around! But we love every minute of it! ;)
